Since most of my items are made to order, we cannot accept returns. However, please contact us with any comments or concerns. We want to ensure you are happy with your order. Remember, colors can appear differently online which may result in a variation from you receiving the final product in person.

Any returns on our Retro Jelly bags, must be returned flat and not put together. Our bags are not designed to be taken apart as the snaps can break.  Please contact us first to confirm return and shipping instructions will be given. Please note, shipping is at the expense of customer unless otherwise agreed.
